1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us to operate your monitoring workspace:

  • Account Data: Name, email address, and OAuth tokens.
  • Infrastructure Data: URLs, IPs, ports, and custom HTTP headers/payloads.
  • Alerting Channels: Webhook URLs, Slack/Discord channel IDs, and phone numbers specifically provided for WhatsApp/SMS incident routing.

2. Status Pages & Public Visibility

If you create a Status Page on Clovos, the uptime metrics and descriptions for the monitors attached to that page become accessible to viewers.

Important: Unless you configure your Status Page to use our "Private Share" function (which secures the page via an unlisted secret key link), your page may be indexed by search engines and listed on our public directory at /public-status.

3. Data Retention Lifecycle

We do not store your infrastructure log data indefinitely. Ping history, latency metrics, and response headers are automatically purged based on your subscription tier:

  • Starter: 7 days of rolling retention.
  • Pro: 30 days of rolling retention.
  • Team: 60 days of rolling retention.
  • Enterprise: 365 days of rolling retention.

Upon account deletion, all associated monitors, logs, Status Pages, and billing records are permanently destroyed immediately.

4. Third-Party Services

We only share data with trusted third-party services strictly necessary to operate Clovos:

  • Communication APIs: Meta (WhatsApp) and Twilio (SMS) to deliver critical incident alerts.
  • Payment Processors: We use Midtrans to process payments securely via QRIS, Virtual Accounts, and credit cards. Clovos never captures or stores your raw banking data.

5. Contact & Data Rights

You have the right to access, export, or delete your personal data from your dashboard. For manual requests, contact:
